Regarding the Contract

Foreword:

Sleep Easy Travel is a brand of Sleep Easy Service S.R.O. Society headquartered in Bubenská N.53/312, 17000 Prague (Czech Rep.) that owns the website www.sleepeasy.travel .

Throughout this contract, we shall refer to Sleep Easy Travel as "the Company" and the structure(s) as "Partner." Furthermore, we shall use the same word to refer to the owner, manager, director, or whomever accepts this contract.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the Partners. Should this data be miscommunicated or misused the Company will immediately report it to the authorities.

The website www.sleepeasy.travel, contains a booking system for the reservation of rooms and related services. Through this system, the Company acts as a medium between the customer and a partner for the booking of rooms, apartments, beds, or any other kind of accommodations and services related to hotel and non-hotel structure.

1. The Company accepts:
- To provide technological information service to the partner so that the partner’s offer can be booked through the online booking system of the Company or his or her affiliates.
- To charge the Customer’s credit card with a deposit upon booking and to provide the partner with credit card information (via e-mail/online access) so that the cost of the first night can be charged directly in case of a no-show according to the terms and conditions indicated by the partner on the website.

2. The Partner accepts:
- To keep the back-office information and data updated and valid, including contact details, prices, and availabilities.

3. For the entire duration of the agreement:
- The partner must honour all the bookings made through the Company’s network.
- The partner must make sure that all the bookings accepted by the Company are dealt with correctly.
- The Company keeps a non- refundable deposit percentage of 10% when the booking is made, and this has to be considered as it’s due. The remaining 90% of each booking will be paid by the customer directly to the partner at the time of check-in.
- The partner will receive the amount due from the customer directly upon arrival as he or she checks in; The "amount due" means the difference between the full price indicated on the site and the deposit percentage held by the Company.
- Once the Company has sent the customer’s credit card’s data, the partner is responsible for keeping this information confidential.
- Sleep Easy Travel reserves the right to check the partner’s structures at any time in order to verify the accuracy of the descriptions provided;

4. Beginning and End of the Agreement
This contract will be valid only after the Company has received via e-mail your acceptance of registration to our Booking System.
The partner is entirely responsible for all content in the description and photos of his or her structures.
This contract can be withdrawn at any time, but only both with the Company and the partner sending notification via e-mail.
In case of withdrawal of the contract, the Company will delete all data concerning the structure in question, and the partner will have to honour every booking confirmed, current or future, by coming to an agreement directly with the customer(s).
In case of withdrawal of the contract, the Company will be, by no means, held responsible for future bookings confirmed by the customers with the structure that withdraws the contract.

The Company is not obliged to accept all registrations, or to continue to provide our service to a registered partner.

Each booking must be honoured by the partner.

- Sleep Easy Travel’s partners will not use any software provided by Sleep Easy Travel in any way other than for the terms described.

5. General Conditions:
Registration and subscription to Sleep Easy Travel is entirely free.
In order to register it is necessary:

1) To be the owner or director of the structure. The Company is not responsible for the data you provide.
2) To have an e-mail account in order to communicate with us and to receive the bookings.
3) To frequently update the availability of rooms of your structures in the back-office.

The service includes:
- Publishing of digital photos, descriptions of the structure, and all the information you consider useful for the presentation of your structure.
- Map indicating the precise position of your structure.
- A search engine within the site in order to make your structure more visible.
- The 10% deposit percentage held by the Company will be taken only in case of positive and effective booking as payment for the services provided (see the commissions scheme)
- No further expenses

Beyond the 10% deposit percentage no other fee or charge is requested.
