Conditions for owners:

Through the web site sleepeasy.travel, Sleep Easy S.R.O. offers the possibility to add your own B&B, Hotel or Apartment, Holiday-House, Hostel or any other touristic accommodation in Italy or abroad. Registration will increase your visibility.
The registration is free and includes:
- Allowance for upload of digital photos, description of your building(s), and other information useful to advertise your structure.
- A map to precisely show your location.
- An internal search engine aimed at sponsoring your business.
- 10% of the total amount of the booking will be kept as payment for the service we provide (see terms and conditions for the registration) only in the case of positive booking.
To sponsor an apartment it is necessary:
- To be owner of the structure or to have asked for the permission to direct it.
- To have a valid e-mail account in order to manage every communication with us and with the clients.
- To promptly respond to requests of availability.
- To keep your availability scheme updated.
Content declared in the description and regarding the photos published is fully the owner's responsibility.

Conditions for clients

The research and booking of events and accommodation structures through our site is fast and easy.
The apartment information is submitted by the owners by a guided procedure.

Choose the accommodation you prefer and check the dates available, prices, and conditions. The booking will be completed by inserting your personal data. When confirmed, you will be asked for a deposit of 10% of the total amount of your booking.
The other 90% must be paid when you arrive directly at the check-in.

It is the client's responsibility to read carefully every detail about the structure before confirming the booking.

Times: Please take note of the check-in and check-out times in order to enjoy your stay fully.

Comunications: We suggest communication by e-mail,and that the client prints all documents in case of misunderstandings.
